Why I made these
My first hornbill sat on a beach sign right beside me in Langkawi, Malaysia. Near home on the Gold Coast, I watch bar-tailed godwits at Coombabah Lakelands.
As a kid in Mexico, my uncle gave me two canaries. I wondered why they were so colorful. I made these books for kids who ask the same questions.

Are the answers included?
Yes. Full answer keys are at the back, so grown-ups can check the work quickly.
How hard are the puzzles?
Each section starts easy and gets harder. Easy word searches only go across and down. The hardest ones go in every direction, even backwards.
Can I print them?
Yes. The pages are A4. On US Letter paper, choose “fit to page” in your print settings. Print as many copies as your family needs.
Can teachers use them in class?
Yes. Your purchase covers one classroom, so you can print copies for your own students. Please don’t share the files or post them online.
What ages are they for?
